CENTURI multi-engineering platform
Overview of the platform
CENTURI multi-engineering platform has been created to provide additional expertise in image processing, bioinformatics, optics and biophotonics , mechatronics, software development and data management. Our engineers are here to help and advise the CENTURI community in their daily research questions and/or participate in longer term projects. By organizing events and connecting different CENTURI labs, the platform hopes to build a strong cooperative spirit and facilitate the dissemination of information between the teams and the platform.
One of our engineer will be assigned to you and will guide you through our request management process.
We strongly encourage you to contact us as early as possible during the project. Indeed, we can advise you on the acquisition of experimental data in order to facilitate future analyses.
Our services are free of charge.
We can also help you recruit and supervise an engineer working in your team and dedicated entirely to your projects.
Please contact us for more information.
CENTURI Engineer's Breakfast / open desk #4
Our next CENTURI Engineer's Breakfast will take place on Thursday 2nd July from 09h00 to 12h00 in room G2.10 at the second floor of the TPR1. Please don't forget your mask.
The CENTURI Engineers’ Breakfasts aim to encourage new scientific interactions within our community and to propose an open desk where you can ask all your engineering questions in bioinformatics, image data processing, optics, mechatronic and software development.
Please take your data or images with you, CENTURI engineers will be happy to advise and help you.
CENTURI course | Git, github & gitlab - CLOSED REGISTRATION
Guillaume Gay is organising a 2-hour course on git, github & gitlab on July 06th, from 01:30 pm to 03:30pm , in room G02.10 (TPR1, entry G, 2nd floor).
The objective is to demystify git and provide the basics so that the attendees can start using the tools with some confidence.
You can now join our CENTURI multi-engineering platform Slack account to discuss with us and with the CENTURI community :
A bioinformatics slack chanel as been created.
This channel encourage interaction between our bioinformatics community on the Luminy campus/Aix-Marseille.
A new engineer joins CENTURI
