Her background

2023 - current | Bioinformatics Engineer, CENTURI Multi-engineering platform, Aix-Marseille University, Marseille, France

2021 - 2023 | Masters in Bioinformatics, University of Bordeaux, bordeaux, France

2018 - 2021 | Science in Life Bachelor, University of Bordeaux, bordeaux, France

2017 - 2018 | First-year common curriculum in health (CAPES), University of Bordeaux, Bordeaux, France

My master's degree in bioinformatics at Bordeaux University gave me robust skills in programming, algorithmic, and the analysis of biological data.

During my Master's internship, I had the opportunity to work within the CENTURI multi- engineering platform.

This experience enabled me to proficiently analyze single-cell RNA-seq data extracted from the mouse somatosensory cortex. I designed and implemented a workflow to ensure data reproducibility and use a High-Performance Computing Cluster to manage this big data analysis.

It was an exiting challenge to collaborate with a team of the Institut de neurobiologie de la mediterranée (Inmed) on this interdisciplinary project which involved informatics, neurobiology and biostatics.

It’s why I start a new contract as a engineer in bioinformatics at CENTURI multi-engineering platform. I can perform projects that require -omics data analysis to support the research programs conducted by CENTURI teams.
