A look back on the CENTURI Scientific Day 2021
The CENTURI Scientific Day took place on July 2nd, 2021 on the Luminy campus. It gathered 50 participants at the Hexagon auditorium and 30 via Zoom. CENTURI members have been able to share their research and propose new collaborations on a wide range of topics. Gathering the CENTURI community has been very enriching.
Mar Benavides has been awarded the 2021 CNRS Bronze medal.
The bronze medal rewards the first works of researchers specialized in their field. This distinction represents an encouragement from the CNRS to pursue well-initiated and already fruitful research.
A new article entitled Formation of polarized contractile interfaces by self-organized Toll-8/Cirl GPCR asymmetry has recently been published in Developmental Cell. This article is the result of a collaboration between the AMU, CNRS, IBDM and Inserm.

The Multi-Engineering Platform is now part of the French Institute of Bioinformatics (IFB).
The IFB is the National Bioinformatics Infrastructure that provides support, deploys services, organizes training and carries out innovative developments for the life sciences communities.
