Course, Master Biomarkers and Artificial Intelligence: Reproducibility for “Ethics for Modern AI”

Our engineers participated in the ‘Reproducibility for Modern AI Ethics’ course from the Biology and Health Master’s program at Aix-Marseille University, which took place on April 28, 2026.

Thomas Vannier led the ‘Introduction to RNA-seq Analysis: Reproducibility’ session, covering the fundamentals of high-throughput sequencing and RNA-seq data analysis using FAIR principles.

Mai Han Hoang taught the ‘Introduction to Bioimage Analysis’ course.
