About her mission
After obtaining a Master's degree in Economic Management, I have more than 20 years of professional experience in the private sector in purchasing/buyer and supply chain (procurement and inventory). Since 2017 I have been working for the University of Aix-Marseille, first for AMIDEX: the AMU foundation that manages the projects of EXcellence and invest for the futures AMU’sciences programmes, then in 2019 I heard about Thomas LECUIT’ Institut Convergence project which appealed to me greatly because of its interdisciplinary nature . So I joined the I.C. Centuri project as administrative and financial manager.
My most important tasks in this position are:
- Steering and monitoring of finances: drawing up budget forecasts and amending budgets, multi-annual budget forecasts, guiding our Pi' in managing their credits, reporting of expenditure to the Pi', providing information on indicators to the University's accounting and financial services, filled in the data for the annual balance sheets of the accounting year…
- Purchases:placing orders with suppliers and service providers, creating purchase orders on SAP/Sifac, receiving orders, validating invoice payments, settling delivery and invoicing disputes…
- Missions:Organising the professional travel of our researchers , creating the Mission Order, booking hotels, plane/train tickets, taxis, congress registrations... and upon their return from mission, proceeding with the reimbursement of their expenses
- Pay and salaries: Setting up and validating payment files for new Centuri’arrivals, for student grants, for internship bonuses, for visa reimbursements…
- Gouvernance Team: by attending all Copil sessions, helping to organise events such as conferences and seminars, afterworks,Hackaton meetings…
